Back Pain is a common condition where answers seem dubious when one has already spent years of seeing surgeons and chiropractors.
Chiropractic adjustments can work in some cases, but not all adjustments will hold. When they fail to work it's because the gracilis and sartorium muscles are too weak.
The primary cause is low adrenal function. If you're suffering specifically from low back pain, then this is almost always the reason. The gracilis and sartorium muscles are located in the pelvic region and when they are weak the bones move out of proper alignment. The result is low back pain, such as sciatica or pinched nerves.
Check for signs of low adrenal function, such as a drop in systolic blood pressure when standing up immediately from a laying position. Physical signs are constant tiredness, need for extra sleep, sensitivity to stress, low sex drive, frequent sighing, frequent infections, cravings for sweets, anxiety, and abdominal fat accumulation.
If you're positive for low adrenal function, then begin taking glandulars such as pituitary, thymus, adrenal and thyroid, along with iodine. Six-months later, try another chiropractor adjustment.
If you've suffered from a back injury or have torn ligaments and tendons, diagnostics such as MRI, X-Ray and other such screens are utterly useless. Patients have little idea that bulges, and bone malformation have nothing to do with back pain. If they did, then surgery would be more than 1% successful.
Real candidates for back surgery only account for 1% that actually get results. Ligament tears are frequently the real problem. Taking out discs, fusing them, and other such procedures are expensive and rarely work.
One of the most basic treatments for back pain is taking magnesium. Surprisingly, a great number of patients are helped just by increasing their magnesium intake. Spraying on magnesium oil would work even faster. It's something to try first before exploring other options.
If you've tried everything above with no result, then the best option is to try an advanced type of prolotherapy called Prolozone.
Prolozone is an injection of oxygen, Procaine and ozone into the affected area. This therapy regenerates new cartilage by stimulating growth factors. Where the pain resides is always oxygen deficient. Prolozone addresses this directly allowing the body to heal itself.
Procaine, is an anesthetic which immediately takes the pain away but lasts long enough for the ligaments and tendons to be repaired by this injection.
